Andy takes pride in serving his property management clients with utmost respect and integrity, acting transparently and in line with his client’s expectations. He is hands-on, strives to understand his buildings thoroughly, and with a deep understanding of commercial and residential leases, he's able to confidently reesolve any issue that surfaces. With a background in construction management of large commercial projects, and then transitioning into real estate sales, Andy finally entered into the world of property management and found that his past experience was perfectly suited.

RICHARD ODENHEIMER

Since he entered the field of commercial real estate in 1987, Richard Odenheimer’s practice has expanded to include virtually all aspects of the business and all property types. Today he primarily assists clients in the purchase, sale and management of investment properties, including multi-family, retail and office. His geographic scope of operations extends throughout the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including the South and North Bay.

While his longstanding core market remains the East Bay, Odenheimer provides transactional brokerage services and manages investment properties as far south as Palo Alto and as far north as Marin County. Following a client acquisition, he typically takes over management of the subject property and begins carrying out operational improvements in close cooperation with the owner. Odenheimer consistently delivers maximum value to his clients through the implementation of building-specific strategies. These actions may include tenant change-outs, lease modifications, the repositioning of the building in its market, physically improving the property and other measures to optimize profit potential. .

FRANCIS GRIFFIN

Francis Griffin, an Oakland native who graduated with honors with a degree in kinesiology from Colorado State University-Pueblo, was a leader and standout member of the ThunderWolves, the university's baseball team. Francis understands the value of teamwork and the importance achieving goals. In this spirit he strives to deliver the best possible service to his clients while seeing their transaction through to a successful completion.

Francis works alongside Erik Housh, managing partner of MRE and a 30-year veteran of the industry. Among his peers, Erik is commonly considered to be one of the top commercial practitioners in the Bay Area.

Francis will soon obtain his CCIM designation, having already successfully completed the required coursework.
