FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

To put it succinctly, we take over the tenant management, maintenance and repairs of the property, and provide leasing services. We deal with any and all tenant issues; the tenant calls us, not you. We coordinate all repairs and maintenance of the building and property; by way of normal inspections or notifications from the tenants, we are made aware of any building issues whether it be a clogged toilet, bedbugs, or a structural issue. We provide leasing services for the building at very competitive commission rates. We also negotiate with existing tenants for renewals and extensions.

TENANT MANAGEMENT

We deal with all tenant issues. We get the calls, not you.

REPAIRS

We use our network of trusted vendors to get repairs done quickly and efficiently.

LEASE ENFORCEMENT

With a deep understanding of and an abundance of experience in commercial leases, we make sure to understand the nuances in each tenant's lease.

IMPROVEMENTS

We will oversee the work of any and all improvements to the property, whether that be ADA upgrades or a total makeover.

MAINTENANCE

All buildings require maintenance. We are proactive in the structure's and building systems' health, as well as prudent in the landlord's legal duty to maintain the property in good order, condition, and repair.

LEASING

We handle any leasing needs of the building, residential and commercial. Commercial leasing, especially, can be complex and arcane. MRE has vast experience in not only negotiating and writing leases, but also in lease enforcement, an uncommon but very necessary means of testing the effectiveness of the leases, and the only way to truly learn from poorly-written leases.
